What you buy

A personalised song written from the information you send us, delivered as a digital file (MP3) with its lyrics. Before paying you can read the lyrics and hear the opening 45 seconds for free. The full song is available to play and download as soon as your payment is confirmed. If we couldn’t create a preview for your order, we make the song by hand and deliver it within 48 hours of payment. The music and vocals are produced with digital tools, including AI.

Your information

You confirm you have the right to share the names and stories you send us. Do not include anything you would not want in a song. We may decline orders with hateful, explicit or unlawful content and refund them in full.

Use of the song

The song is for your personal use: play it, share it with family and friends and post it on your social media. Selling it or registering it with music distribution services requires our written permission.

Revisions and refunds

You get one free revision of the lyrics or style. If you are still not happy, we refund you in full. Because each song is made to your specification, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once we have delivered it; our own guarantee above still does.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euro and include everything you pay.
