We want the song to make them cry the good kind of tears. If it doesn’t, here is what happens.

Free revision

Reply to your delivery email within 14 days and tell us what to change: a line, a name, the style or the voice. We send the new version within 48 hours.

Money back

If the revised song still isn’t right, ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery and we return the full amount to your card. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 days.

Late delivery

Your song is ready the moment you pay. If we ever have to make it by hand and miss the delivery time we gave you, write to hello@fondlysung.com and we refund the full amount if you no longer want the song.
