LANGMESH LTDA is the controller of the personal data you send through this site.

What we collect

Your name and email, the recipient’s name and the story you write, and payment details, which are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

Why

To write, produce and deliver your song, to answer your messages and to keep the records the law requires. We use the Meta pixel to measure our advertising; you can block it with your browser’s privacy settings.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, and the audio tools we use to produce the song. Some are outside the EU and rely on standard contractual clauses.

How long

We keep your order for 12 months so you can ask for revisions, then delete your story. Ask us to delete it sooner at hello@fondlysung.com.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at hello@fondlysung.com, and complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
